Collective Health asked for additional coverage info to be sent via their app. no problem, however I can't see what I'm typing. they want a bunch of info so trying to type in a bunch of words without being to see what I'm typing is impossible. I asked for an email address or a phone number to send it to, but they refuse to communicate outside the app. I've also changed my email preference, but they keep sending notifications to my work email. I don't want my health information open.

I'm having the same issue as someone else for logging in. I am required to put in a code that is texted to me. I have tried pasting it or manually typing it exactly and it will say that it doesn't match. there seems to be a problem with the verification. I am able to log into the system on my desktop computer and can add a code just fine. edit: I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I restarted my phone. I tried the email option. the email never sent. I checked my spam folder. nothing worked

y'all just launched the new 6-digit code authenticator but it's not working. you could literally copy and paste it and it still says that it's the wrong code. the only way I was able to get into my account was to log in on a desktop computer. also it needs to be fixed so that the text box when you're typing in the chat for leaving a message moves up once your keyboard opens. right now that text box stays behind the keyboard so you can't even see what you're typing.
